What we collect

We collect the information needed to respond to you and, when ordering opens, to process an order: contact details, delivery details, order information, payment status, support messages and reviews. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by MY IDENTITY.

How we use it

We use information to provide customer support, process orders, prevent fraud, meet legal or accounting duties and improve the store. Partners that help us process payment, prepare and deliver an authorised order, host the site or send service email receive only the information needed for that job.

Marketing and reviews

Marketing email is optional and uses a separate confirmation step. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. A review may be published only after moderation for privacy, abuse and relevance; the public name chosen in the review is displayed, never the customer’s email address.

Analytics, cookies and language

Analytics is off unless you choose to allow it. Advertising storage remains off. Your analytics choice and language preference are stored in this browser; browser-language detection happens on your device.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your information, or to receive it in a portable form. Some records must be retained where required for contracts, disputes, accounting or law.
