Withdraw from an order.

Use this form to tell us that you want to withdraw from an eligible online purchase. The time of your request is recorded when you submit it; it does not instantly cancel an order or issue a refund.

Withdrawal rights depend on the applicable law and the item ordered. Where a 14-day withdrawal right applies, it commonly begins on delivery. Exceptions can apply to goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised; an item being made after ordering does not by itself decide the position.
