You may browse MY IDENTITY for personal, non-commercial use. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or checkout, or submit unlawful, harmful or infringing material.

Products and availability

Product pages describe the current collection, including the available sizes, colours and price. Photography and screens can affect the way colour appears. We work to represent each piece faithfully; your statutory rights apply if a product is faulty or not as described.

Prices, delivery and orders

Prices and available delivery choices are shown before an order is placed. Delivery charges and any applicable tax are displayed separately where required. An order is accepted only when payment has been accepted and we send confirmation.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Once payment has been accepted, the made-to-order item enters production and cannot normally be changed or cancelled through our voluntary order process. EU customers buying standard designs may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery, not from the purchase date. UK customers have a separate right to cancel qualifying standard-goods orders within 14 days after delivery. Outside the EU and UK, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns. This does not remove any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, conformity or legal-guarantee right that applies to you. Read our returns and refunds policy or use the online withdrawal form.

Reviews and intellectual property

Reviews require a delivered purchase and may be moderated for privacy, abuse and relevance. We do not remove criticism merely because it is negative. MY IDENTITY artwork, photography, branding and site content may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
